I began studying the factors that influence how we feel and perform — nutrition, movement, recovery, habits, mindset and the behavioural patterns that quietly shape what we do every day.
The more I learned, the more I realised that sustainable health isn't usually about finding one magical diet, exercise or supplement.
It's about getting the right elements working together.
That insight became the foundation of what would eventually develop into the Supercharged Health System.
Successful people are often exceptionally good at managing businesses, teams, investments, deadlines and responsibility.
But health can gradually become the one area that doesn't receive the same level of strategy and attention.
And after 50, that can become increasingly difficult to ignore.
The objective isn't simply to lose a few pounds or complete another fitness programme.
It's to build the energy, strength, clarity, resilience and physical capacity required to continue performing at a high level — without allowing your health to become the limiting factor.
That's why my work today is focused on helping leaders build sustainable high performance for the years ahead.
I want you to reach the point where looking after your health no longer feels confusing.
Where you understand yourself better.
Where you have more energy for your work and your life.
Where you feel physically capable.
And where the habits supporting your performance become part of the way you live — rather than another programme you're trying to follow.
Because success shouldn't require sacrificing the body and mind that allow you to enjoy it.
You've already built the successful life.
NOW LET'S BUILD THE HEALTH TO SUSTAIN IT.
